No returns or exchanges are permitted. All sales are final. Please understand that we are a small, artisanal craft product manufacturer. In order to maintain our low-cost retail pricing, we do not accept returns (if a product is opened, then we can’t resell it). If you haven’t tried our products before or you are otherwise unsure about buying any AllTru® product, then we invite you to contact us in advance of making a purchase; we might be able to assist you.
In the event that any AllTru® product is damaged during shipping, we will replace the damaged product free of charge. Proof of product being damaged during shipping via clear photographs, must be provided to AllTru email within 48 hours of delivery. No replacements will be provided without timely proof of damage.
